Order FAQ

  • HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Your Invicta Stores tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Invicta Stores Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the My Orders section. Users who checked out as a guest can not see order information online.

 

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:
    - If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations. This, many times, may result in multiple tracking numbers or items arriving at different times depending on where they have shipped from.

    - It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

 

  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
    If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your Invicta Stores order tracking number.

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER?
    Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

 

  • WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
    Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

 

  • WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND INVICTA STORES DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
    While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

 

  • CAN I PURCHASE OR REDEEM AN INVICTA STORES GIFT CARD ONLINE?
    Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed in stores only at this time.

 

  • HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM I SAW IN AN INVICTA RETAIL STORE?
    If you need help locating a Retail Store item, please call our customer service department. We can help source the item for you if you can't find it on our website.

 

  • PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
    As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is reduced within 3 days from the purchase date. Simply call Customer Care or send an email request for a store credit of the price difference. Price adjustments will only be honored on items purchased at the full retail price, and will be credited back in the form of a store credit. Items purchased on sale, promo, clearance or which are otherwise excluded by Invicta Stores, in its sole discretion, do not qualify for price adjustments. Not applicable to Gift Card purchases or where prohibited by law.

 

  • IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY WATCHES I CAN ORDER?
    A: Yes, you may purchase up to 10 units of the same watch per transaction on our website. Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale; we enforce this policy by limiting online watch purchases to 10 of each watch style per order. If you're interested in volume purchasing, please contact us.

 

  • WHERE DOES INVICTA STORES ACCEPT ORDERS FROM?
    We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii and more than 50 countries around the world.

    InvictaStores.com is the official website of Invicta Stores, the one and only official source for Invicta products in the U.S.A. We offer expertly crafted Invicta timepieces, Italian-made eyewear & exclusive accessories for men and women.

 

  • Where can I find a store?
    Check out our Store Locator. We currently have 14 stores throughout the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico. Our stores carry an incredibly wide selection of timepieces and accessories with the added benefits of personal shopping support, trying on our products in person, on-site watch band sizing and much more. Hours and stock vary by location. Customer service doesn't.

  • How do I pick the right timepiece?
    Selecting a watch is a very personal choice. Among the most important considerations are formal versus modern, color, band material or size. Many of our most dedicated Invicta collectors seek out timepieces based on unique automatic movements, exclusive or rare numbered collections, and bold styles.

 

  • How do I size my watch?
    We are pleased to offer free band sizing adjustments for Invicta watches purchased at any of our official Invicta Stores and invictastores.com. In regions not within a convenient distance to one of our stores, most jewelers or watch repair vendors can adjust your timepieces to the perfect fit. You can also make adjustments yourself with a basic watch sizing toolkit if you are comfortable with removing small pins and links.

 

  • How should I care for my watch?
    We hope you enjoy your new timepiece and take the time to read the care instructions to ensure its precise operation and longevity. By doing so, you will help give it a long life and keep it operating at the high quality standards by which it was crafted. Since many Invicta timepieces have been tested for water resistance, one of the most common watch case reminders we offer is to always close the crown tightly after setting the time. We also recommend carefully cleaning your timepiece as necessary as well as having it inspected annually by a certified watchmaker to ensure the gaskets are in proper condition.

  • Why should I create an account on InvictaStores.com?
    Creating an account with your preferred email address will give you convenient access to create a wishlist, track your purchases and stay connected with Invicta Stores for future promotions and product announcements.

 

  • What happens if I forget my password?
    Go to the My Account or Log In page and click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. Follow the instructions to reset or retrieve your current password using the email address you registered with.

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.

    InvictaStores.com orders can be paid by Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Discover cards.

    We also accept Paypal, one of the most trusted names in online shopping. Anyone with a Paypal account can check out on our site and pay with their stored payment information safely and securely.

  • What about the Invicta Card?
    Invicta Stores throughout the country offer customers the opportunity to apply for an Invicta Card, which entitles them to no-interest financing options as well as exclusive discounts. At this time we are developing the opportunity to apply for and pay with the Invicta Card directly on InvictaStores.com. In the meantime, existing cardmembers can still use their card and enjoy the same great benefits as always at our brick and mortar locations.

 


 

Shipping & Returns

  • What does shipping cost?
    InvictaStores.com offers free ground shipping on orders over $99.00. We also offer customers the opportunity to upgrade to expedited shipping of any order for a small fee, allowing two day or next day delivery via FedEx.

 

  • When will I get my order?
    All confirmed orders will be packaged and shipped within two business days and the tracking number will be sent to the registered email address and available in the My Account section. FedEx Ground packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

 

  • What is your return policy?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, InvictaStores.com now offers a full refund or exchange for all qualified returns made within 30 days of purchase.

    Qualifying items must be returned in new condition (not worn, sized or otherwise modified) with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for online purchases. Clearance products, repair services, warranties, and gift cards are non-refundable. Customers can email help@invictastores.com to request a free return shipping label and we will respond promptly. Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive the qualified return. Please take care not to return orders that have been worn, adjusted or sized because we can not resell used products or issue a credit for their return.

 


 

Warranty & Repair

  • What does the warranty cover?
    Timepieces purchased from Invicta Stores are covered by a comprehensive five year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water resistant pressure. It does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage that results from normal wear and tear.

 

  • How do I request a repair?
    As a benefit to our customers, we can now accept any Invicta watch for repair at brick and mortar Invicta Store locations. Please have your warranty card and receipt available, if applicable for warranty coverage. We will then manage the repair process and tracking on your behalf and reach out to you directly when an expert has analyzed the repair needs. A typical repair timeline is 90 days from the date of that analysis, as timepieces often must be shipped to the master craftsmen who originally created it for the best repair quality. Any costs incurred for non-warranty repairs will be communicated for approval before work is completed.
