I was disappointed that I was charged $3.00 more for shipping than stated in the watch description. When I questioned this, I was told if I had read the general shipping information I would have known about the extra charge.
Because my order was under the limit, it would have cost me $8.99 restocking fee plus the return postage. I bought this watch at a clearance price and those expenses would have more than doubled the cost of the watch. (The original shipping doubled the cost of the watch already. This would have doubled that.)
I was disappointed in the handling - the watch was boxed in 3 different boxes. I wondered - hadn't this company heard of the climate crisis? No wonder the shipping was so high!”
