Warranty and Repair
Invicta warranties every timepiece for 3 years. When you shop at an official Invicta Store, our exclusive platinum warranty provides extra coverage for 5 years from the purchase date.
What is covered by the warranty?
Your timepiece is backed by a comprehensive warranty from the original date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. The only components covered under warranty are the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the timepiece proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge at the discretion of the Invicta Watch Stores Service Center USA. Please note that a return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
What is not covered?
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following:
- Crystal, crown, case, strap, bracelet or battery.
- Any damage that results from unauthorized or improper service, accident, impact, negligence or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage due to accident, improper use, or negligence.
Each genuine Invicta timepiece purchased from an Invicta Store is in its original and tested condition and should only be serviced by qualified professionals at all Invicta Stores and the Invicta Watch Stores Service Center USA in accordance with the terms of the Invicta Warranties.
Can Invicta Stores help with band sizing or battery replacement?
Yes. All official Invicta Stores now offer watch band sizing and professional battery replacement services. All battery services include a new battery, gasket, and water pressure testing to ensure the original factory condition water resistance rating is preserved. As an added convenience, our customers can also select from new battery warranty options that cover battery replacement up to the lifetime of the watch for added peace of mind.
How do I request a repair?
As a benefit to our customers, we can now accept any Invicta watch for repair at all of our Invicta Store locations. Watch service will require your original receipt as proof of purchase. We will then initiate a repair request, securely package the timepiece, and ship it to the official service center on your behalf. A service case manager will reach out to you directly when the expert team has analyzed the repair needs. A typical repair timeline is 30 days from the date of the approval of this repair quote. Any costs incurred for non-warranty repairs will be communicated for approval before work is completed.
